Welcome to Mrs. Alcantara's Class
I have been a teacher for 18 years, 5 in Mexico and 13 in the United States. I studied Graphic Design at the National Autonomous University of Mexico which is the largest university in Latin America and has one of the biggest campuses in the world. My family and I decided to move to Texas in 2007. I have taught different grade levels in the US which include PreK, 3rd and 4th grade. This year I am excited to go back to teach 3rd grade!
My husband and I have 3 wonderful daughters, and we love to have different kind of pets.
He sido maestra por 18 años, 5 en Mexico y 13 en Estados Unidos. Estudie Diseño Grafico en la Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico la cual es la universidad mas grande de Latino America y tiene uno de los campus mas grandes en el mundo. Mi familia y yo decidimos mudarnos a Texas en el 2007. He dado clases a diferentes grados en EU los cuales incluye Prekinder, tercero y cuarto. Este año me emociona regresar a dar clases a tercero!
Mi esposo y yo tenemos 3 hijas maravillosas, y nos encanta tener diferentes tipos de mascotas.

School starts at 7:45 a.m.
Specials/Conference Time is 9:50 - 10:50 a.m.
Lunch 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.
Recess 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.
Dismissal 3:15 p.m.
