PRE-K AND KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION INFORMATION!
Our annual Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will be held June 4th through June 7th from 8:00-12:00 noon and 1:30-4:00 p.m.
Parents need to bring these items to register their child:
The child's Birth Certificate
The child's Social Security Card
ID of the parent or guardian
Proof of guardianship if child is being registered by someone who is not the parent
Immunization record
Proof of residency (utility bill, rental reciept, etc)
Pre-K ONLY--Two proofs of income such as check stubs, income tax returns)
These are the only dates registration will be conducted until school begins. These classes fill quickly, so please make plans to attend registration if you have a child entering Pre-K or Kindergarten.
