DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES

The Texas Legislature has passed House Bill 114, which makes offenses involving the possession and/or use of an e-cigarette/vape result in a mandatory DAEP placement.

Per State Guidelines, Navasota ISD will be required to place students caught in possession and/or using any type of ECIG/Vape into the DisciplinaryAlternative Education Program (DAEP). A DAEP placement prohibits students from accessing any campus for any reason during the duration of the placement.
