Mrs. Brice was named as the new principal for John C. Webb Elementary during the May School Board Meeting, by the NISD Board of Trustees. Mrs. Brice is coming from College Station ISD where she has served as the assistant principal at Greens Prairie Elementary since 2022. She has also served as an assistant principal at Garden Ridge Elementary in Comal ISD, and has over 20 years experience as an elementary educator in Oskaloosa, IA, Fort Worth ISD, Birdville ISD, Allentown, PA, and College Station ISD, with 8 of those years serving as an instructional coach with College Station.
Mrs. Brice brings a passion for learning, a love for children, and the belief that we can collaboratively achieve our goals together. She is eager to cultivate new connections and partnerships with students, staff, parents and the community, while maintaining existing relationships.
Brice earned her master’s degree in education from Texas State University and her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from William Penn University. Tracy and her husband, Matt Brice have 3 grown children. Jonathan (33) is a Finance Director in DFW, Caden (22) attends Iowa State University, and Caley (20) is a 2024 graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
